Indianapolis, IN Part-Time Executive Assistant

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Maintain physical and digital files
• Assist with written and electronic correspondence
• Schedule appointments on behalf of two executives with follow-up correspondence
• Managed calendars including travel arrangements, hospitality details for meals, and meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate logistics
• Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
• Collaborate with the team to prepare and host events

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role required
• Previous experience supporting a C-Suite level executive highly preferred
• Ability to take initiative and organize tasks in a prompt manner
• Experience using DropBox, Asana or other Project Management software_ highly preferred _

This position is in the office and part-time (20-25 hours a week).
