Our Metrowest digital agency is looking for a Web Designer with expert level proficiency with Figma and setting up development level ready files as well as creating design systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Working as a Senior visual designer first and foremost (will be working alongside strategist) and being comfortable with designing and creating a design suite. Strong UI/ UX background and skillset preferred as well.
• Understanding of use of illustration, photography, tone of voice, etc for branding.
• Come up with brand personality, tone of voice, Branding assets.
• Ability to create custom illustrations.
• Has strong sense of creating something that is compelling emotionally and functionally for brand identity.
• Ability to translate brand into a design system (i.e. think through how it shows up in copy, on the website, on app, etc.)
