Job Description

LHH is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team in a hybrid (mostly remote) role.

As our client expands and evolves their business, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager Professional to join their Digital Operations and Technology department. As a Project Manager, you will be crucial in supporting different business functions and ensuring the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are on time and on budget, across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Requirement: 8+ years in a Project Management role
  • Requirement: Ability to speak at a technical level across cross-functional teams for all projects
  • Requirement: Experience working in the Information Technology industry, SaaS preferred
  • Requirement : Experience with digital transformation and building a PMO
  • Requirement: Experience with “lead to cash” – end to end business process knowledge
  • Requirement: Experience with NetSuite ERP Projects (modules, upgrades, integrations)
  • Very Nice to Have: Experience with the following technologies & projects: Asana, Zendesk, NetSuite (ERP) and NetSuite ZoneBilling module, Salesforce CRM , MuleSoft, cloud portals, data warehouses, data hygiene projects, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer sciences, or related field.
  • Nice to have: PMP certification or relevant certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
  • Provide support to business stakeholders in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional department leaders to define, prioritize, develop projects, and ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

Salary: $120k to $140k w/up to a 10% bonus
