Position: Summer Camp Leadership/Head Counselor

Camp Dates: July 7 - August 8

Mandatory Orientation Dates: June 30 - July 3

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Camp Leadership/Head Counselor Staff member to help oversee summer camp operations, support staff, and create a positive and engaging experience for campers. This role is ideal for someone who is great with kids, has an operations mindset, and values building a strong camp culture. Summer camp is a half-day camp.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and overseeing daily camp activities.
• Support and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for campers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with children in a camp, school, or youth program setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a positive, structured camp culture .
• Previous experience in staff supervision or program coordination is a plus.
