WHAT DO WE DO?

• Construction Monitoring & Inspections.

When buildings undergo major repairs, contractors promise quality. We make sure they deliver.

Our engineers are on-site, overseeing work, preventing mistakes, and ensuring compliance—because hope isn’t a strategy.

• You’re not just reviewing reports—you’re in the field, ensuring the work is done right.
• You’ll interact with contractors, solve real-time problems, and keep multimillion-dollar projects on track.
• HOAs, property managers, and boards trust us to be their eyes and ears. You’ll be that expert.

But that’s just part of it. You’ll also be involved in:

• Structural Safety Inspections & Reports – Condos & commercial buildings need our assessments to stay compliant.
• Forensic Engineering – Investigating failures, structural damage, and what went wrong.
• Collaboration & Business Growth – You’ll work directly with leadership, helping shape how we land and execute Construction Monitoring projects.

This is a career-defining role, not just another engineering job.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

✅ Licensed PE (or on track to get it soon).

✅ 3-5 years experience in structural inspections, forensic work, or construction oversight.

✅ Highly collaborative—our engineers work together, not in silos.

✅ Thrives in the field—confident making real-time calls, managing contractors, and taking charge.

✅ Excellent communicator—comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical people.

✅ Willing to blend engineering with business (sales exposure = career acceleration).

✅ Based in Central Florida and along the Space Coast, ready to travel to project sites.
