We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Engineer (EIT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in engineering design, analysis, and project execution while working under the supervision of licensed engineers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering design and analysis for various projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Conduct field inspections, data collection, and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Participate in professional development activities toward PE licensure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
- 2+ years of engineering experience preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
