Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s brand and goals. Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and impressions; provide actionable insights to optimize performance. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and strategy. Collaboration: Work with the ops, growth, marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines. Required Skills and Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts, preferably for a B2B or tech company. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, style, and accuracy. Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or similar). Experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
