We are working with an exceptional company adding a newly created role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist to their growing organization. Qualified candidates must have experience in multiple areas of marketing strategies including working with multiple departments to create compelling content, manage social medica channels, and coordintate events and campaigns to highlight various lines of business.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven experience in marketing and social media management
• Creative thinker who can generate creative ideas
• Project management and organizational skills
• Research skills to identify target audiences

Responsibilities:

• On-Site role at company location
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of services.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to promote our services.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Engage with the community and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our services.
• Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, postcards, and logos
• Design websites and manage SEO
• Manage websites and social media accounts
• Run advertising campaigns
• Write press releases
• Create blog articles and website content
• Create social media graphics and email templates
• Design infographics and videos

Salary $40-50K with increase after probationary period
