Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working the PED Gate, Employing Screening, and guest Screening. 
  • Lost and Found Associate helping our guest with Lost Items and Lost Children. 
  • Following Park Policy and report any violations. 
  • Maintain communication with Security Supervisors and Public Safety Leadership. 
  • Provide support during high priority/major incidents. 
  • Works with Law Enforcement to provide a safe environment for park guest.
  • Write detailed reports of incidents that occur on park property. 
  • Any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks as assigned by the Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Managerial Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor or Public Safety Manager. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 
  • Directly Reports to Security Officers.

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Team-building skills with the ability to work independently 
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience working with large teams and interfacing with all levels of management 
  • Available to work a variety of hours or shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • High school diploma 
  • 18 years of age or older
