Our client, a vibrant community-focused organization, is seeking a Pool Attendant - Part Time to join their team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be part of the recreational services supporting a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pool Attendant - Part Time

Location: Waxhaw, NC

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

• Monitor pool visitors to ensure all guests have passes (no tailgating at gate).
• Observe pool guest behavior and provide friendly reminders about the rules; document incidents when necessary.
• Perform light cleaning around the pool area to maintain a pleasant environment.
• Work flexible shifts from 1 PM to 8 PM, adapting to the needs of the pool schedule.
• Engage positively with guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn and engage is essential.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Comfortable working outdoors and withstanding some heat.
• Open schedule flexibility to accommodate varying shift needs.
• A mature attitude that promotes a positive environment without misusing authority.
