Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position
As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, or Moline, IL, you will:
- Analyze and resolve questions from Dealer Support Center and Overage / Shortages for products. Assist others with user problems as required.
- Source dealer orders for Compact Loaders and Compact Excavators with pool inventory or with new production from suppliers.
- Sends orders monthly to suppliers based on forecast reply.
- Creates complex ad-hoc reports for upper management.
- Executes standard reports for upper management and ensures their accuracy

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel.
- Experience in roles that require strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
- Understanding of the Order Fulfillment Process.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to build great working relationships.
- Experience with complex computer systems, with the ability to learn programs quickly and apply new knowledge, such as SAP.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent related work experience.
