Nationwide Janitorial company based out of San Diego, CA, is looking for an outgoing high-level professional with excellent sales and marketing skills and a customer service background for the Marketing Representative position to work out of our corporate office in San Diego, CA.

Marketing Representative is responsible for driving sales and promoting a company’s services. This position requires visiting prospective customers face to face and developing a report ensuring customer satisfaction.

Their key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with potential customers.

· Build and nurture client relationships.

· Present and showcase products or services to prospects.

· Negotiate and finalize sales deals.

· Meet or surpass sales targets and quotas.

· Maintain sales records and create reports.

· Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns.

· Create promotional materials and content.

· Manage social media and digital marketing efforts.

· Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies.

· Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

· Identify and propose potential business deals while discovering and exploring opportunities.

· Develop clear and persuasive written proposals and quotations for prospective customers.

· Initiate and conduct walkthroughs with QA representatives on new accounts.

· Work with operations to effectively implement accounts.

· Coordinate with operations on scheduling specialty requests: floors, carpets, windows, etc.

· Create a daily Outlook calendar “To-do List” and provide daily reports.

· Safeguard the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of information; no exceptions.

· When driving company vehicles, perform a thorough inspection of the exterior and report any irregularities.

· Must be willing to travel out of state: California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, etc.

· Dress professionally.

Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (hours may vary when traveling)

Requirements:

· Background check

· Good driving record

· Able to travel when needed

· Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

· At least one year of Janitorial Experience
