Responsibilities:

  • Drive Agency Sales: Focus on generating additional revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients. Showcase the value of additional marketing services and campaigns to increase client investment.
  • Generate Business for Clients: Collaborate with clients to create innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies that drive measurable results. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients — building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Campaign Execution: Hold regular advertising meetings with clients to strategize/brainstorm ideas as well as review analytics and execute campaigns. Deliver clear campaign briefs to the creative team ensuring they align with the client’s vision and goals.
  • Event Planning and Marketing Support: Assist clients with planning and executing marketing strategies for events (including logistical/promotional campaigns and onsite branding). Coordinate with vendors and creative teams to develop event materials such as signage/digital ads and collateral. Track the success of events through analytics and provide actionable insights for future planning.
  • Track and Report Performance: Provide clients with campaign performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and drive confidence in ongoing projects — making pivot recommendations where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Sales and/or marketing experience — particularly in account management or advertising — is highly preferred
  • Confidence in conducting presentations and leading client meetings
  • Ability to generate excitement around ideas and develop trust with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to be creative and adaptable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
