Job Description: 

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, build meaningful creator relationships, and drive brand engagement. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, collaborative, and driven self-starter with the ability to thrive as an individual contributor while also collaborating within a complex corporate structure. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to negotiate and drive results in influencer partnerships. This is an in-person role that requires you to be in the office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to align with brand objectives and campaigns. 
• Work across the different AJS creations brands, and identify influencers based on the brand strategy and target consumer. 
• Create & manage influencer and affiliate marketing budgets. 
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). 
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers and agencies. 
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, PR, and creative) to align influencer content with brand messaging and goals. 
• Manage influencer gifting, on loan items and payments. 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance, using data to optimize future collaborations. 
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing. 
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand safety policies in influencer partnerships. 
• Manage influencer gifting programs, event collaborations, and product seeding strategies. 
• Work closely with analytics teams to measure ROI and effectiveness of influencer partnerships. 
• Work on partnership ads with the internal marketing team. 
• Possess the skill of recognizing brand values and identity, selecting influencers that align with the brand’s vision and audience. 

We’d love to hear from people with:   

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing. 
• Must have experience with at least one influencer marketing platform. 
• Experience working with luxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands. (Preferred but not required) 
• Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and strong industry relationships. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer dynamics. 
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights. 
• Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms. 
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
