Engineered Air is looking for a HVAC Service Technician to join our Denver, Colorado Office within a fast paced environment. We are a manufacturer of custom HVAC equipment with offices across North America. Engineered Air offers remuneration packages that include industry competitive salary and benefits.
Engineered Air is recognized as a leader in providing extensive employee training. The training program is located in De Soto, Kansas. Depending on experience and ability of the candidate, training could be up to one year in length. This program allows you to rotate throughout our company in a variety of manufacturing and design modules and gives you a broad knowledge of our business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide technical support on indoor/outdoor HVAC equipment to Contractors in the field and over the phone, as well as communicate with internal and external contacts.
- The Technologist will provide support when and where the customer requires it, to be completed in a timely manner and communicate in a professional attitude while keeping the company’s interests in mind at all times.
- Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential.
- The successful candidate will work independently.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- HVAC Engineering Technology Degree/Diploma
- Currently attending a mechanical or electrical degree/diploma program.
- Five years of related commercial HVAC service experience, including HVAC control systems.
- A suitable driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- The ability to travel to various locations in the US and Canada.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment and have strong people skills.
- The ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
