Job Description

Temakase Hand Roll Bar is seeking a dynamic and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a part-time hybrid role. This position will report directly to the CEO and work closely to drive our marketing initiatives and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to create and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
2. Digital Marketing Management: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website to increase traffic and conversions.
3. Content Creation: Generate compelling content for marketing materials, social media posts, and newsletters that resonate with our target audience and promote our unique offerings.
4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including the culinary team and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
7. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote Temakase Hand Roll Bar and strengthen our presence within the community.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in growth marketing or similar roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to think creatively and strategize effectively.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
