JOB TITLE: Fashion Retail Sales Associates

A day in the life of labelswap . . .

• To provide an outstanding customer experience to all customers in every aspect and function of the business.
• To operate the cash register, provide accurate change, operate credit card equipment, and assist customers in every way possible.
• Properly place any tags, security equipment, or other tags onto newly received merchandise to meet company standards for processing time and merchandise them in the proper department as well as maintaining the standards of rotation of merchandise.
• Fashion Retail Associates are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the retail floor, floor organization, cleanliness of cash wrap, fitting rooms, backroom and restrooms.
• Fashion Retail Associates will communicate supply levels, and any customer service-related issues with management as per Company standards.
• The Fashion Retail Associate will perform multiple tasks; including processing fashion buys from our customers, following procedures for returns, maintaining an inviting store and store front while keeping company standards first and foremost.
• Must be computer literate, must be able to provide top shelf customer service.
• Must possess at least one (1) year of Fashion Retail to be considered.
