Job Description: My client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Capital Markets Associate to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of equity transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of equity capital market transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction structuring.
