Curriculum Design Engineers work closely with our multimedia, graphical services and web-software development teams to develop training systems that include interactive eLearning and hands-on simulators.

Essential Functions - Collaborate with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to develop training outlines and hands-on procedures for new and updated products.
- Work closely with technical writers to transform your outlines into comprehensive training systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and research new concepts and topic areas, as we have a wide range of ongoing projects.
- Track projects and generate reports as needed.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering
- Industrial electrical, mechanical, and/or automation experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills - Troubleshooting
- Process control
- VFDs
- Writing technical material a plus
