Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our team. The Dock Worker will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of goods at our warehouse, ensuring that all products are handled with care and processed accurately. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics and supporting our mission to empower individuals through work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Organize and stage products in the warehouse for efficient distribution.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and labeling goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or dock worker role preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
