Job Overview:

We're looking for an Artificial Content Specialist to join our team as a Digital Marketing & AI Content Specialist . This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to grow a brand organically, and has mastered the art of storytelling — especially through AI-generated visuals and video content .

You'll take the lead in creating viral TikTok videos, scroll-stopping Instagram posts , and engaging storylines — all while using the latest AI tools to enhance speed, scale, and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-performing short-form video content (especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels) using AI video tools like Runway, Pika Labs, or Synthesia .
• Generate visually captivating AI-generated images and assets with platforms like MidJourney, DALL·E, or Leonardo AI .
• Craft and execute social growth strategies , including follower growth tactics, influencer collaborations, hashtag optimization, and trend riding.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and narrative storylines tailored to each platform and audience.
• Schedule, post, and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts .
• Analyze social media metrics, identify high-performing content, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay on top of social trends, memes, audio trends, and platform algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with design, branding, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual identity and messaging.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in social media growth and content creation , ideally within a startup, lifestyle, or media brand.
• Proven track record of growing Instagram and TikTok accounts — please share links or case studies.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms , audience engagement strategies, and short-form video trends.
• Expertise in AI creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, D-ID).
• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and visual content planning skills.
• Experience using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva , or other video/image editors.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment with tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with influencer marketing or UGC-style campaigns.
• Skills in paid ads, SEO, or social media automation tools.
• Background in entertainment, fashion, tech, or creator-driven industries.
