Blend AI is an ecommerce SaaS startup founded in Sydney, Australia. With offices in Europe and USA we are revolutionising online advertising for ecommerce brands. The Blend platform leverages our own proprietary AI to automate and optimise ad performance across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other major ad platforms.

Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Account Manager , you’ll be at the heart of the Blend AI customer journey. You’ll help onboard and activate new customers onto the Blend platform, guide them through account configuration. Most importantly you will conduct regular follow-ups to review ad performance and provide insights that will empower our customers to maximise their results, making you a pivotal part of their success story.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls and account reviews to analyse ad performance, share insights, and propose strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers to optimise their use of Blend, improving both platform engagement and advertising outcomes.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring their Blend accounts are set up accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with backend account configuration and troubleshooting to enhance customer experience.
• Triage incoming support requests
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback drives product improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing or account management, particularly performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret ad performance data.
• Experience using or managing Shopify stores
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
