Curriculum Design Engineers work closely with our technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to develop training systems that include interactive eLearning and hands-on simulators.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with technical writing, multimedia, and graphical services teams to create training outlines and hands-on procedures for both new and updated products.
  • Work directly with technical writers who will transform your outlines into fully refined training systems.
  • Research concepts and new topic areas as new projects are added – and we have a lot of projects!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

  • 5 years of work experience in an engineering role.
  • Experience with refrigeration or process control systems.
  • Experience with fluid power systems (hydraulic/pneumatic)
  • Experience with mechanical systems and preventative maintenance.
