CRDN of DFW is an organization of textile and electronics restoration experts serving the insurance industry, contractors/contents cleaning companies, and property owners. CRDN members use standardized processes to restore garments, household fabrics, and consumer electronics, resulting in improved accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time sales professional position responsible for developing and managing relationships with mid-sized businesses, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth by selling CRDN services to Contractors, Adjusters and Insurance Companies within a designated territory, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication and proactive account management. This role will require personal motivation to a ctively seek out new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline. 

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Skills:
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. 
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present information, build rapport, and address client concerns. 
  • Relationship Building:
  • Ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and mutual understanding. 
  • Business Acumen:
  • Understanding of business needs, financial analysis, and ability to tailor solutions to client requirements. 
  • CRM Proficiency:
  • Expertise in using CRM systems to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales activity. 
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, products, and services being sold.
