Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission at first, then the option to switch to hourly is optional

We are a dynamic, growing remote customer service hiring agency specializing in providing businesses with top-tier remote customer service representatives. We are looking for a driven Client Acquisition Specialist to help expand our client base and generate new business.

Job Description:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients in need of remote customer service support. Your success will directly impact your earnings, as youll receive on the contracts you bring in. If youre a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in industries requiring remote customer service teams.
  • Initiate contact through cold calling, cold emailing, and networking to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and present the agencys remote customer service solutions.
  • Close contracts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Track your leads and sales through CRM tools and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development (commission-based experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline remotely.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. is a plus).
  • Experience with remote work or the customer service industry is advantageous but not required.
