Overview
Join AmTrust Insurance for our Workers’ Compensation Claims Training Program!
During this 6-month program, you will acquire the skills to evaluate, negotiate, and resolve Workers' Compensation Claims. The program includes comprehensive training, job shadowing, and industry knowledge. Upon completion, you will be equipped to succeed as a Claims Adjuster on our Workers' Compensation team.
At AmTrust, we value organic growth and internal promotion. This training program is designed to set you on a Claims career path. You will receive training in all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims handling.
Even after the training program is complete, AmTrust continues to invest in developing and training all adjusters to help them grow in their claims careers. Whether you want to continue moving through the adjusting field or move into leadership, we are committed to developing highly skilled adjusters and future leaders as part of this program!
Note, this is an in-office opportunity out of our South Jordan, UT office.
