• Training Effectiveness & Knowledge Retention Measure: Employee performance improvement post-training (via assessments, manager feedback, and practical evaluations).
• Time to Competency for New Hires: Average time it takes a new employee to reach full productivity.
• Training Program Completion Rate : Percentage of employees who complete mandatory training on time.

THE ROLE

As Training Manager, you will be the architect of our learning culture, designing and implementing progressive training strategies that elevate our team members and drive operational excellence. Youll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that training aligns with company goals and fuels innovation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & Implement Cutting-Edge Training Programs Build a scalable and engaging learning system that fosters growth, mastery, and retention.
• Develop Leadership Pipelines Identify high-potential individuals and create pathways for their development, ensuring our future leaders emerge from within.
• Innovate Learning Methods Implement forward-thinking, interactive, and technology-driven training tools that create lasting impact.
• Elevate Onboarding Experiences Ensure new hires feel empowered from day one, creating an immersive and culture-driven orientation.
• Drive Operational Excellence Align training programs with company goals, ensuring compliance while fostering creativity and initiative.
• Measure & Adapt Develop metrics and feedback loops to track effectiveness and improve programs in real-time.
• Coach & Mentor Provide hands-on guidance to team members at all levels, fostering an environment of curiosity, accountability, and growth.
