Wildes & Weinberg is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join our Business & Employment Immigration Team representing multinational corporate clients and individuals.
The candidate will support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, with a focus on E-1/E-2, L-1A/B, H-1B, TN, O-1, and P-1 visas, as well as immigrant visa petitions. The candidate will also be expected to prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling, as needed. Must have experience in the immigration field, as well as a strong academic record and the ability to work well with a team.
Requirements include:
Work location will be our Miami (Aventura) office.
The position would be full-time. Pay is commensurate with experience.
