We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join one of our favorite clients on a consulting basis.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop detailed requirement documentation, including use cases and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis of business requirements against current solutions.
• Identify system interface requirements through APIs and data exchange protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel (required).
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to interact with client stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and analysis.
• Experience in requirements gathering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Time management and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
• Experience in Finance, Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Knowledge of Compliance Applications, such as Trade Review and AML.
• Strategic thinking and ability to elicit requirements from conversations.
• Experience working within virtual teams.
• Proven ability to drive timely and effective results.
• Strong leadership, self-starter, inquisitive nature, and quick learner.
• Superior decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Team player with high professional ethics and integrity.
