· Assisting the Property Manager in the oversite the overall financial and operational performance of the property
· Assisting the Property Manager in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
· Assisting the Property Manager in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
· Assisting in the overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
· Working with the Property Manager in recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
· Assisting in developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
· Assisting in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
· Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
· Partner with Property Manager in dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
