ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marushka Isabella - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. This is a fully remote sales position available anywhere within Nevada. The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-driven environment, excels at identifying customer needs, and is passionate about providing tailored insurance solutions.

You will focus on selling auto, homeowners, renters, and commercial insurance policies, using internet-generated leads provided by the agency. A company laptop will be provided, and you will receive one week of in-person training in Nevada with the agent. Candidates with prior insurance experience, sales experience, or remote work experience are eligible for bonuses.

Expected earnings range from $60,000 to $85,000 annually, with opportunities for high performers to advance within the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with internet leads to generate and close sales.
• Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
